The main criteria for obtaining a work permit for foreigners are as follows: high qualifications, knowledge of foreign languages, financial and intellectual contribution. The list of necessary documents for obtaining a work permit is approved by the head of State Migration Service for one year
Administrative expulsion is forced and controlled displacement of the foreign citizens and stateless persons across the state border outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in cases provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
